Business Continuity Corporate Policy

·         SFI is committed to ensuring the continuity of services, processes, and systems.

·         SFI is committed to ensuring the integration of business continuity into SFI’s business processes.

·         SFI is committed to ensuring that BCM stakeholders will receive appropriate awareness and training.

·         SFI aims to achieve specific, defined business continuity objectives, which are developed by the business strategic objectives, the context of the organization, the results of risk assessments, risk treatment plan, and business impact analysis.

·         SFI is committed to continual improvement of the BCM program.

·         SFI is committed to complying with applicable business continuity regulations such as CBJ, legal, and contractual requirements.

·         BCM program documentation (including BC policy, framework, plans, procedures, strategy, etc.) shall be reviewed at least once per year.

·         SFI is committed to ensuring that the resources needed for the BCM Program are available.

·         SFI is committed to directing and supporting persons to contribute to the effectiveness of the BCM Program.

·         SFI employees shall comply with BCM Program policies, strategies, plans, and procedures.
